Snippets from Port Dickson Triathlon 2010


Finally, a PB in PD (at last !) I have lotsa stuff to tell but time is not on my side at the moment. Before PD i had another race the day before,and also a fever which finally caught on me. It was a simple sign of exhaustion and lack of rest. Anyways, just a few pics before I write my full report later on. Sorry for the delay.

I was icing my right ITB, day before my tri race ! I never had any pain in my ITB before any tri race.. 😦 but I survived both Saturday and Sunday. Alhamdulillah. and a PB in hand. so, can’t ask more..!
We’re just triathletes. Sports for all. :p Frm left: Sofian, missjewelz and incrediPaul. Sarong tribute for the late Ngae.
