Saturday Ride to Sg Lembing

The first time I attempted this route, I did quarter way before turning back. Unfit knees. This morning I returned and manage to do the whole ride with my kind and welcoming Kuantan cyclist friends. Thanks Ijan, Lan, Pokya, Lutfi,Zulfan, Saufi and the gang. Halfway met another 2 cyclists who happen to be a regular in the multisports/running scene, Khairul Anuar and another guy (sorry lupa nama). A few pics :-

Kayuhan Mahkota — Kayuhan Mahkota. 🙂 anyone interested ?! The Bukit Pelindung challenge, (road) will be interesting. The road up the hill 'takde la steep sangat'. 🙂 Heard riders from the east coast are gearing up for it. What about you ? Ada berani ?

missjewelz — Zulfan melantak roti canai. Yang sebelah roti krim je.. hahha..

missjewelz — Kayuhan kasi kulit gelap. This is my first ride since Powerman Malaysia. Believe it or not? 2 weeks off the saddle ! But all was good tadi. Did around 45km i think..My climbing legs still here.. huhuh..a few mini-medium climbs at the beginning and end of the ride. Did not use the large crank at all 🙂 spinning je arini. if gear besaq, susah, kena tukar all the time.. so spin je. Did some high cadencing for the 15mins. All system OK. Alhamdulillah.
