Lets pray for Ngae

I was alerted by Keat Seong, another tri-friend about mr Ngae. He just went for a 4-hour brain tumour surgery (according to Simon).Further detail was posted by Simon Cross at his blog. Here are the links :

to all tri-friends, IM friends, Powerbar guys and all of you reading this, please, do take a minute for a silent prayer for our dear friend Ngae for a speedy recovery. Mr Ngae is also part of the team Powerbar Elite Malaysia, and have been an inspiration to many. His trademark sarong and barefoot running never fail to turn heads and make us smile. He has impressed me in many ways , especially in being truly myself and humble. To Ngae, this goes to you.

Semoga tabah, kuat dan ceria macam selalu ! Take care Ngae ! We all sayang sama you tau !!!!
